Shipping within Israel will be done in association with a delivery company.

The products will be delivered to you by 3 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally deliver all orders in 5-7 working days. (In some countries it may take longer)

.We do not process or ship orders on Friday, Saturday or holidays

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

All taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.

If you refuse a shipment from ALMARIE or a shipment is undeliverable, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ALMARIE.

This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER AND CANCELLATION

No changes in the order or cancellations can be made once the order is placed.

Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed.

SHIPPING ERRORS

All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery street address and contact phone number.

If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.

We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
